Administrative Requirements:

Applicants must submit the following documents:

  • Certified copy of final Grade 11 exam results or the most recent Grade 12 (June/September) exam results.​
  • A certified copy of the matriculation certificate or statement of results if Grade 12 has been completed.​
  • Certified copies of diploma/degree certificates and academic records, if previously studied elsewhere.​
  • Certified copy of the applicant’s ID (or birth certificate if ID is pending).​
  • Certified copy of the identity document of the parent/legal guardian/surety.​
  • Declaration by the parent/legal guardian/surety if the applicant is a dependant, currently at school, studying at a tertiary institution, or recently left school without permanent employment
